The Space
Situated in a prestigious and tranquil area of Alto Salento, Villa Lorzata is designed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The villa’s garden, lined with charming dry-stone walls that highlight the beauty of ancient olive trees, is beautifully maintained. At its heart lies the sparkling pool, open from May to October, with a fully furnished solarium featuring loungers, outdoor showers, and a dining area for al fresco meals, enhanced by a large, elegant barbecue for guests’ use.

INTERIOR DETAILS
Villa Lorzata is crafted with premium finishes that enhance natural materials and boasts state-of-the-art amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each room, heating, a washing machine, TV, stereo, and a security system with 24/7 monitoring.

The villa spans two levels, featuring four elegant double bedrooms and refined furnishings that pay homage to local craftsmanship. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, open living and dining area complete with a TV for relaxation, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. This floor also includes three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus an additional guest bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor, with an independent entrance and a kitchenette, houses the fourth double suite with an en-suite bathroom and two spacious terraces equipped with furnishings and stunning views of the Adriatic coastline—perfect for quiet breakfasts, leisurely lunches, or serene dinners with a view.

A nearby guesthouse, located just 15 meters from the main villa, provides an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom and a living area. This guesthouse is available for groups larger than eight or upon specific request with a supplementary fee.

OUTDOOR SPACES AND THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS OF VILLA LORZATA
Outside, you can relax by the magnificent 50-square-meter infinity pool, unwind on the shaded verandas, or enjoy meals prepared on the two barbecue areas. Surrounded by ancient olive and almond trees, the villa is a hidden oasis in the beautiful countryside of Carovigno, close to the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and just 7 kilometers from Torre Guaceto’s protected Natural Reserve and Marine Oasis.

This central location also allows easy access to some of Puglia’s most charming towns, including Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and the picturesque Itria Valley.

Golf lovers will find excellent courses in Savelletri, just over 30 kilometers away. Brindisi Airport is the closest, at 25 kilometers, while Bari Airport is about 80 kilometers away.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and the surrounding grounds.

IMPORTANT: The guesthouse, and thus the fifth bedroom, is only available for bookings of 9 or more guests or upon payment of a specific supplement (inquire with the host at booking). For up to 8 guests, only the main villa will be prepared unless other arrangements are made.

Additional Information
The pool is cleaned and checked regularly at times agreed upon with the guest. Rates do not include the tourist tax (€1 per person per night; free for children under 13).
The private pool measures 15 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 0 to 1.4 meters. The pool is open from April 10 to October 20.
