The fully equipped kitchen harmoniously merges with a practical service area, also equipped with a bathroom. Completing the ground floor is a single bedroom with a bathroom.
Ascending via a charming internal staircase, which also serves as a stylish furnishing element, you reach the fascinating upper level, which houses 1 bedroom with a bathroom, equipped with a French bed and an additional single bed if needed, 2 double bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, and a pleasant terrace.
