The Apulian tuff remains white across the centuries while this farmer’s house has been transformed into a luxury accommodation. Four bedrooms and a Trullo according tradition, for a total of five bedrooms.

SLEEPING & BATHING
Four quiet spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds filled with natural light and a private access to luxuriant external gardens.

Balancing comfort, design and the Apulian tradition each bedroom offers elegant en suite facilities with spacious showers beyond many other services, including Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. Privacy and silence are the core of Finamore slow living.

All bedrooms come with dedicated outdoor terraces affording a view of the private wood, the fields surrounding the estate and, beyond, the blue Adriatic sea.

CONVIVIALITY
With a large, off-white couch, design lighting and a Smart TV, the elegant living room is a contemporary space that preserves the traditional features of the building, which allows to relax in style in front of the delightful fireplace.

The dining room accommodates 10 people at the beautiful concrete dining table placed at the centre, with a beautiful view over the gardens and the Adriatic sea. Beside the room, the bohemian-chic kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher and oven) seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces through a counter facing an additional external dining table.

POOL AND GARDENS
The estate is immersed in nature. A heap of secular olive trees and a private wood are the perfect spots to meditate and relax. Gardens, full of aromatic plants and fruit trees, invite guests to pick organic fruits available depending on the season, while admiring the beautiful hills and sea on the horizon.

The beauty of the place is magnified by the blinding white swimming pool on the terrace, 5,5 X 5,5 meters wide, with every comfort (e.g., shower and fridge). Access to the terrace is childproofed thanks to a dedicated gate.

Ample parking is available for private vehicles.

An ancient Trullo typical of the Itria Valley completes the experience: restored by Apulian stonemason.

Each cone is a room and it comes with a bedroom a private bathroom, a living room with fireplace and a private courtyard with dining table and barbeque.

A barnyard of dry stones wall recreates the lively feeling of farmyard clusters.

Today every trullo is protected under the United Nation (UNESCO) world heritage law.
