Trulli

Trulli Lamascrasciola have been located for more than a century on the path of an ancient ‘tratturo’ (old path) still visible in the hilly area 8 kms from the town of Monopoli and in a rural context provided with all the services (food, bar, pharmacy, church).

The trulli complex is characterized by 3 cones, a small wood-burning oven and a ‘lamia’ to recover. The project designed for this structure involves the construction of a living area in the lamia that can reach 45sqm of surface and a wooden terrace that stands out on the Mediterranean scrub forest in which the structure is immersed.

Independent bedrooms would be built inside the larger cones while the 2 bathrooms in the remaining space.

Inside the structure there are still the original chianche. The landscape context of the property is very suggestive
