Portion of farmhouse. Typical and charming Apulian construction from the early 1900s, with attached trullo and courtyard. It is surrounded by 1500 m2 of land planted with olive trees with a pleasant view of the luxuriant countryside of Polignano a Mare. The building of about 190 square meters is entirely in stone and arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there are three large rooms with barrel vaults, a wood-burning oven and a second entrance which gives access to the trulli of about 70 m2. The first floor is accessed via a beautiful internal stone staircase which ends in a dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom and a hallway with access to the terrace which offers a splendid view of the greenery. The structure has not undergone renovations and is intact, it has the potential to be transformed into a unique jewel! The context in which it stands gives the possibility to think of both a first home and an accommodation facility.
